The University of Northern Iowa (UNI), founded in 1876, is a state university with student enrollments of around 14,000. It is located on the west side of the Cedar Falls / Waterloo metro area in northeast Iowa. UNI is the home of one of the finest business schools in the nation. The University first offered business courses in the early 1900s. Apart from being fully accredited by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA), the College of Business Administration is also one of the top 25% business schools in the US to be accredited by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
The UNI's MBA program challenges students to build and develop skills to become leaders in today's organizations. In today's world being almost ready means being left behind. This program focuses on the leadership, communication and decision-making skills, and students learn to forecast, evaluate and solve problems - to use the functional tools of management in a decision-making framework. In short, to think and act in management level.
All courses are fully conducted by UNI world-class faculty, who hold doctorates from world's famous universities such as Michigan , Washington , U Penn, Illnois , UT -Austin, etc.

The Admission Committee aims to select those applicants whose communication skills, demonstrated leadership, intellectual capability and academic background meet the challenging demands of a very fine MBA program. Our admissions process is highly personalized, with respect to each applicant's accomplishments.
