Hopkins was one of the sponsors for the Sound of Silence Project jointly organized by the HK police Force and HK Correctional Services. The purpose of the project was to group and cohere care, love and respect from all circles to help those teenagers, who were self-abased and who wanted a reform, change their values, and bring them more opportunities for their future growth.
Hopkins provided free English course in Interviewing Skills to those outstanding performers in the project. We believed better English interviewing skills would get them better jobs and better opportunities, which could help those teenagers revive.
