It was a valuable experience for those who undertook the special “one-off” course – “Failing Forward” - presented by Professor Mike Shaner from the University of Saint Louis. This course counts as part of the MBA program, and is very useful and practical for business practitioners. It identifies, in depth, symptoms and causes that lead to corporate failure, and examines possible turnaround strategies to solve the crises.
The course was taught face-to-face over four days in mid July, and it was a special opportunity for our students in Hong Kong.
