I am working in Accounting and HR field for many years. Currently, I am a senior HR officer responsible for recruitment, employee benefits and preparing HR reports. To upgrade myself to a competitive standard, I was recommended by a friend to enroll this IADB program. I am so glad that I completed the program within 9 months and received the Regional High Achiever Award. My tips to other working classmates who also want to achieve good results are to attend class as many times as you can and ask instructors whenever you have queries as they always give the right direction. No pain, no gain, and be ready to spare your leisure time for study. Focus on your target and you will get what you deserve ultimately. The IADB is my first step towards achieving a Bachelor or even a Master degree. I truly find the IADB a quality and useful program.

When I made my decision about which qualification to study, I looked at where I was and where I wanted to be. I looked for what I have to study to fill the gap in between. I first heard NCC Education by word of mouth, and the best thing I like the IADB program is that its qualification can be carried around the world. I choose Hopkins as the centre to study at because I like it being down town, easy to get to and with nice classroom environment. I am glad that I graduated with 5 distinctions and 1 credit. My tips to others are to study every week and get the concepts clear. Review the past papers to get a good understanding of how the exams will be like. I believe to keep the ambition of maintaining myself being competitive is essential to retain in a good job.
