Human Resource Management

The course covers the dynamic role of human resource management policies and practices in contemporary organizations and their contribution to organization goals. It examines the major philosophies, policies, procedures and practices related to the management of human resources.

The course also allows students to demonstrate their ability to apply the knowledge of human resource management in the analysis, diagnosis and solution of management situations and problems.


Consumer Behavior

This course ensures that students will be able to identify customer needs through the use of a wide range of available social, cultural and economic factors that influence consumer behavior in personal and business scenarios. It gives students an understanding of customers’ needs and complexity of the Decision Making Unit and process in both consumer and industrial markets.


Marketing Management

This course highlights the need for business executives to view the role of marketing as critical to their organization. On completing the course, student will be able to analyze the changing marketing environment, engage in creative, marketing-oriented thinking and be aware of the interplay between marketing and other managerial roles within an organization. The crucial role of marketing in contributing to the success of organizations will be emphasized.
