Professional Accomplishments
Richard Followill's research interests include investments, market efficiency, and derivatives. He has numerous refereed publications including articles in the Review of Futures Markets, Financial Review, Journal of Economics and Finance, International Review of Financial Analysis, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Journal of Real Estate Research, Southern Business Review, The Appraisal Journal, Journal of Futures Markets, Journal of Financial Education, Journal of Instructional Techniques in Finance, Journal of Business, Industry, and Economics, and The Engineering Economist. In addition, he authored the text Spreadsheet Models for Investments. Prior to coming to UNI, Richard was an Associate Professor of Finance at East Tennessee State University, Radford University and Appalachian State University.
